In 2000 I successfully completed the London Marathon and nutrition played an integral role in improving my physical and mental performance throughout my training and during the race itself.

I qualified with a distinction at Raworth International, a leading centre in Nutritional Education based in Surrey. My qualifications meet the National Occupational Standards for Nutritional Therapy in the UK.

I am a member of the British Association of Applied Nutrition & Nutritional Therapy (BANT) and I work to the BANT Code of Ethics & Practice. I also attend BANT approved training seminars as part of my continuing professional development.

Based in West Sussex, I set up Nutrition4life to offer individual nutritional consultations and group workshops at schools, family centres, community groups and private companies. I also run nutrition and cookery workshops as a West Sussex Adult Community & Learning Tutor

"Jacqui has made me more aware of why I was feeling unwell after eating. She has helped me plan my food which has made me enjoy my meals again. Thank you again so much for that."

"As I started the menopause with all the usual symptoms, I contacted Jacqui as I wanted to avoid HRT. We discussed a nutritional programme which met my personal needs and within a few months the difference was amazing - gone were the hot flushes, bloating and I began to lose weight. Jacqui's professional and friendly approach put me at ease and helped me become more confident about addressing my health concerns."

"Talented athletes from local feeder schools have really benefitted from the nutrition workshops. They have particularly enjoyed making their own smoothies and they have definitely learned to take more responsibility for maximising their performance levels."
